1. Provider and scope

These terms govern your use of the data2u app and service operated by Verein Gesundheitsdatenraum Schweiz (GdS), c/o Ernst Hafen, Hochstrasse 95, 8044 Zürich, Switzerland, UID CHE-434.667.859.

2. Experimental pilot

data2u is an experimental pilot. Features, availability, processing times, and integrations may change or be withdrawn. Do not rely on the app as your only copy of a health record. Download documents you need to retain.

3. What the service does

At your request, data2u helps GdS verify your identity, request health records from providers, receive them through supported channels, and make them available to you. AI-assisted structuring and metadata are support functions only and must be checked by you or a qualified professional before medical or administrative use.

4. Your account and authorization

You must provide accurate registration details and protect your credentials. You may use the request function only for yourself or where you have a lawful authority to act. You decide whether to grant the Vollmacht. A signature is recorded only after you review the authorization and give explicit consent.

5. Medical disclaimer

data2u does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional for medical decisions or urgent concerns.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, access another person's data without authorization, interfere with its security, or submit unlawful, malicious, or misleading content.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the pilot secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every provider will respond. To the extent permitted by law, GdS is not liable for interruptions, provider delays, or decisions made without appropriate professional review. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access where necessary for security, legal compliance, or misuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to legal retention duties and the handling of already-issued provider requests.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for the pilot. The version and date shown above identify the terms applicable to this release. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
